2. Products and Services

We specialize in offering customized apparel, including but not limited to t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and other clothing items. Our products can be personalized with custom designs, logos, text, and images as provided by you. All merchandise is available for one-time purchase only. We do not offer a subscription plan; however, we may periodically offer special discounts or promotional offers.

2.1. Product Customization

By submitting a custom design to us (through uploading images, logos, text, etc.), you confirm that:

  • You have the necessary rights to use, modify, and distribute the design.
  • You are not infringing any third-party intellectual property rights (including copyright, trademark, or patent).
  • You acknowledge that custom-designed products are made-to-order and cannot be resold or returned unless defective or damaged.

2.2. Product Availability

All products displayed on the Website are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure that the products are in stock and available for purchase, but there may be occasional stock shortages. We will notify you as soon as possible if your order cannot be fulfilled, and you will be given the option to either select an alternative product or cancel your order.

3. Order Process

3.1. Order Placement

To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

    You must review all information before submitting your order. By submitting an order, you are offering to purchase the products according to these Terms.

3.2. Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. This email will contain a summary of your order, including the products, prices, and estimated shipping times. The confirmation email signifies that your order has been received, but does not constitute an acceptance of your offer to purchase.

Your order is not considered accepted by Hong Yunda Trading Limited until we process and confirm it, at which point we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email, at which time the contract of sale between you and us is formed.

3.3. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours after placing them. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel an order within 24 hours, please contact us immediately at info@vizolyonline.com. After this period, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled.

4. Payment Terms

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. Shipping Locations

We offer shipping to the United States, European Union, Hong Kong SAR, and international destinations worldwide.

5.2. Shipping Times

  • Orders to US/EU/HK SAR: Delivered within 2-5 business days after placing the order.
  • Orders to other international regions: Delivered within 2-14 business days, depending on the destination.
    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to shipping carrier delays, customs procedures, or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs procedures.

5.3. Shipping Issues

If there are any issues with delivery, such as lost packages or delays, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for any delays or lost packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.

5.4. Delivery Acceptance

You agree to ensure that the delivery address is correct and accessible at the time of delivery. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or inability to accept delivery, we may charge you an additional shipping fee for re-shipment.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

6.1. Returns Policy

Because our products are customized and made to order, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error in the order (e.g., wrong size, design, or product).

In such cases, you may return the item for a full refund or replacement. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

6.2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Once we confirm the eligibility for a refund, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on the payment processor.

6.3. Cancellation of Custom Orders

Custom-designed orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, the order will be processed, and cancellation is no longer possible.

6.4. Non-returnable Items

Custom-made products (including clothing with custom designs or text) are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.
