Tonic Deep Sea Reef National Standard Lightly Dried Sea Cucumber
Soak for 24-48 hours
Put the sea cucumber into a container, add pure water and ice cubes, not more than 5-10cm of sea cucumber, seal with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24-48 hours (change the water every 12 hours) until the sea cucumber has no hard center and can be folded and bent to unfold.
Cook for 30-50 minutes
Put the sea cucumber into a pot, add pure water not exceeding 5-10cm, open the pot with high heat and then cook with low heat for 30-50 minutes until it is cooked through, then let it cool naturally.
48-72 hours in water
Put the sea cucumber into a container, add pure water not exceeding 5-10cm, seal with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 48-72 hours, change the water once every 12 hours during the period, then it is ready to be served.
